Located on South Congress, Magnolia Cafe is open 24/8. Terwey Concrete has collaborated on a variety of projects with proprietor Kent Cole over the years. Most recently, highlights include new, level parking lot pavers, front and back parking lot additions, ADA ramp and curb, and beautiful paved walkways.
